Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our digital training programs. Because our products provide immediate access to digital content, we offer a limited refund policy under the conditions described below.
Digital Programs
Customers who purchase access to our digital training programs may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided that the content has not been substantially consumed. Refund requests must be sent to our support email.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not retroactively refund previous charges.
Coaching Services
If a customer subscribes to a coaching program, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the services delivered.

Processing Time
